So, you want to buy a motorhome, RV or motor coach, but you’ve never driven one before. Where do you go to get lessons to learn how to drive these monster-sized vehicles?
Andy Pargh, The Gadget Guru faced this dilemma and this is Part #1 of his series about learning to drive a RV.
In this introductory episode, Andy gives you the background on what he’s attempting to do and his opinions of the lack of training offered to potential RV and motorhome owners. He also visits his first RV dealership, La Mesa RV in Port St. Lucie, FL and takes his first test drive in a pre-owned Newmar Mountain Aire. Let’s just say this experience left Andy with more questions than answers. In fact, this single experience led me on a journey to see if there’s a better way to shop for RVs or Motorhomes other than by visiting the local RV Superstore.
I have documented my experiences about learning more about motorhomes and I have a complete section on my adventures at: http://www.gadgetguru.com/motorhome . Here’s the video of my experience at my first stop, La Mesa RV in Port St.Lucie, Florida.
More videos are coming soon with topics ranging from the RV industry and the various models to visiting multiple new and used dealers and manufacturers. So don’t forget to subscribe to my YouTube channel. Click here to subscribe to my YouTube Channel.
